YouTube's Original series Wayne - Exclusive Screening 2018

YouTube's Original series Wayne - Exclusive Screening: Nov. 28, 2018. 6:30 PM @ The Montgomery Lounge. Chicago, IL.

UIC's Student Activities Board partnered with YouTube to promote their new Original series, Wayne. Students were able to come to an exclusive screening of the premier, enjoy free food, and win some fun prizes. 

Estimated Attendance: 30 people

My role for this event was serving as the event lead and delegating work to the rest of the committee members.

Duties included:

- Creating strategic marketing campaigns to promote the event  

- Securing audio and visual equipment 

- Booking catering to provide a popcorn and candy bar for students 

- Creating fun competitions for students to win prize opportunities including Wayne merch and tickets to other UIC events. 

- Maintaining budget sheets

- Reserving the room for the night 

- Managing volunteers day of event 

- Providing feedback of the event to YouTube's team
